Product Owner CRM - Salesforce
As a Product Owner CRM at Avinode, you will lead the evolution of our CRM system, working
toward company-wide revenue goals. You’ll manage and develop our
Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and
systems via Mulesoft (our integration platform of choice), and support
our commercial teams to maximize the platform's potential. You’ll define
and document business requirements, ensure compliance with data
security standards (e.g. SOC 2), and maintain clear documentation of
processes and configurations to keep our CRM environment reliable and
scalable. You’ll also be responsible for supporting Salesforce Revenue
Cloud, including quoting, renewals, and subscription management.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams.
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring a sustainable system.
- Monitor system performance and stay current on Salesforce releases to adopt relevant new features.
- Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Plan and drive delivery of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on system changes, ensuring smooth
adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Location: Gothenburg or Remote in Sweden
Who You Are
You are an excellent communicator who enjoys being a central point of coordination and driving cross-functional efforts. You thrive on brainstorming and collaborating with your team while also being a proactive problem solver.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred)
- 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to break down complex processes
- Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics
- Experience working with Mulesoft or a similar integration platform, preferably within payment and billing processes
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Awareness of data security, compliance requirements, and best practices in CRM environments
